Channel Bridge, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has instituted the following Privacy Policy(hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) to ensure the proper handling of personal data in accordance　with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal　Information Protection Law”).

(c) To confirm applications for and participation in exhibitions and events, to communicate with event planners, and to report the results to participants.

(a) To the extent necessary for inquiries and communications with partner companies and business partners regarding product purchase procedures, support, and services.

We will jointly use your personal information as follows:

Article 6. Provision of Personal Data to a third party

1. We will not provide personal data to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the individual, except in the following cases:

(a) When based on laws or regulations, including ordinances;

(b) When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the person’s consent;

(c) When it is particularly necessary to protect public health or promote the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;

2. In the following cases, the recipient of the personal data will not be considered a third party:

(a) When the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of the use as described in 4 (1);

(b) When personal data is provided in connection with a business succession due to a merger or other reasons; and

We will take necessary and appropriate security management measures for the management of personal data, including the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage. In addition, we will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over employees and contractors who handle personal data.

When we receive a request from a customer to disclose, correct, add, delete, or stop using personal information; stop providing personal information to third parties; or receive a notice about purpose of use with respect to personal information in our possession in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, we will respond appropriately and in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law after confirming the identity of the individual or a person authorized to act on his/her behalf.
